A delegation of members of Iran's commerce chamber and private sector representatives will come to Azerbaijan prior to the 2-day visit of Iran's President Hassan Rouhani, the Co-chair of the Azerbaijan-Iran intergovernmental commission on trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation Mahmoud Vaezi told reporters Nov. 6 in Baku.

President Rouhani's visit to Azerbaijan will kick off on Nov. 12.

Vaezi said that prior to Rouhani's visit to Azerbaijan, the representatives of companies operating in border areas, as well as private sector representatives from the provinces of West Azerbaijan, East Azerbaijan and Ardabil, will arrive in Baku.

He said that during a meeting, the two countries' presidents will sign a number of documents.

"My visit to Azerbaijan is connected with preparation of these documents," Vaezi added.

He also said the relations between Iran and Azerbaijan have changed in a positive way.

Vaezi went on to add that the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Iran, as well as the presidents' meetings in Russian city of Astrakhan and in Swiss city of Davos played important role in creating favorable environment for the countries' cooperation in political and economic areas.

During the Iranian president's visit to Azerbaijan, the two countries will sign ten documents focusing on the development of cooperation in power industry, simplification of customs procedures, transportation, tourism, and trade sectors.
