After the conclusion of talks between presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Islam Karimov of Uzbekistan on Friday, the ceremony of signing Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan documents ceremony took place.

The joint declaration of presidents was signed by Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev and Uzbek president Islam Karimov.

Foreign ministers Elmar Mammadyarov of Azerbaijan and Abdulaziz Kamilov of Uzbekistan signed the "Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2013-2015 years".

Also, the "Plan of events on implementation of the Cooperation Program between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2012-2015 years" has been signed by Azerbaijan's Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov and Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance of Uzbekistan Rustam Azimov.
