According to preliminary data the international reserves of the National Bank of Georgia amounted to $3,049 billion on 31 July 2013.
This is $67.2 million less than the indicator for June 30, 2013, the National Bank of Georgia told Trend on Saturday.
The international reserves, converted into foreign currency amounted to $2,827 billion, including those placed in securities amounted to $1,81 billion, and those placed in the accounts of foreign banks and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) - $1,017 billion, National Bank said.
The volume of funds placed in SDR, is $221.5 million, and the reserve position in the IMF is equal to $15.1 thousand.
