Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis has submitted a resignation letter, RIA Novosti reported.
Greece held referendum July 5 during which the citizens had the right to say "no" or "yes" to the following question: Should the agreement plan submitted by the European Commission, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund to the Eurogroup June 25, 2015 be accepted?
Over 61 percent of Greek citizens said "no", according to the latest data.
