Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr S. Ilhamgizi / Due to enacting of the Law on Changes in the Law on Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments which was approved on 19 October 2007, the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has decreed the introduction of the law.
In compliance with the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers shall submit to the President within a month the coordination proposals of the acting legislative acts with the Law on Changes in the Law on Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments.
The Cabinet and the central executive power shall enable coordination of the juridical acts with this law and to report back to the President.
The Cabinet shall also approve the Exemplary Decree on the Protection of Monuments.
The President also made other decrees for the Government.
