Three of the 13 people who were wounded as a result of the armed attack on higher school on April 30 have been discharged after medical examination, General Prosecutor's Office press service said.
The press service said the state of the ten wounded is stabile grave.
A gunman attacked Building 2 of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy on April 30. According to preliminary reports, the armed man killed 12 and wounded 13. The joint statement by the Interior Ministry and Prosecutor General's Office said the attack was committed by 29-year-old Georgian citizen Gadirov Farda Asad oglu by Makaron revolver. The Building 2 houses Oil and Gas Industry and Oil Mechanics departments.
The killer shot himself dead while he was rendered harmless by police.
Three cartridge-belts with capacity of 40 bullets and 71 bullets and two magazines were seized from the body of the killer.
The shooting killed Ayaz Javanshir oglu Bagirov, Yusif Telman oglu Bandaliyev, Tamella Zulfugar gizi Azizova, Taleh Tariyel oglu Mammadov, Ramiz Khalil oglu Abdullayev, Shafa Ayat gizi Mammadova, Majnun Abdulvahid oglu Vahidov, Ayna Abbasgulu gizi Gurbanova, Savalan Allahverdi oglu Jabbarov, Emin Imamali oglu Abdullayev and Ruslan Babashov. The injured include Mustafa Muhammed (Sudan), Seyid Ahmad Amouri (Sudan), Daas Muaviyya (Syria), Rahman Akhundov, Zemfira Huseyinli, Sabina Gurbanova, Elshan Mammadov, Elvin Jabiyev, Kenan Isayev, Faig Rustambayov, Ilkin Shiraliyev, Elshan Mustafayev and Bakhtiyar Jafarov.
A suit has been filed on murder for hooliganism purposes (120.2.2), brutal murder (120.2.4), murdering more than one people (120.2.7), and an attempt of murder (29, 120.2.7) and illegal storing of arms (228.1).
General Prosecutor's Office said investigation team of the Baku Prosecutor's Office and Baku Police Chief Office are taking all necessary measures to investigate the attack under the control of the Prosecutor General's Office and Interior Ministry.
