Azerbaijani Trade Unions Confederation head Sattar Mehbaliyev received Polish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Krzysztof Krajewski this week, the confederation told Trend.
During the meeting, Mehbaliyev praised Krajewski's role in strengthening mutual cooperation and bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Poland.
"Azerbaijani-Polish trade unions have beneficial cooperation and bilateral ties," he said. "From the first day of its formation, the confederation felt the support of the Solidarity Polish Trade Union Organization."
Mehbaliyev also congratulated Krajewski on receiving the Order of Dostlug from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for "his for outstanding achievements in cooperation and strengthening links between the two countries."
