"It is obvious that, it will occur thanks to Kazakhstan's OSCE Chairmanship. Kazakhstan approached its role unconventionally, creatively, one can say without exaggeration that it raised the OSCE status to a new level," Yertysbayev said in an interview to socio-political newspaper Liter.

According to Yertysbayev, the summit is expected to make decisions that will determine the issues of security, cooperation and humanitarian dimension for the next ten years.

"It was decided to hold three sessions Dec. 1-2: two in the first day and the final in the next day - before lunch. The Chairman has already prepared a draft of basic documents. The draft will be considered in Vienna Oct. 22, and at a special meeting of ambassadors Oct. 29," Yertysbayev said.

According to Yertysbayev, in the future all drafts will be thoroughly coordinated and discussed in bilateral and multilateral regimes before the summit.

"Astana is preparing for conducting complex international forum, the head of
state periodically conducts meetings on preparation of all state agencies for the summit, inspects the level of preparedness," he added.
