A delegation of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry left for a visit to Brazil on April 28 at the invitation of Brazil's Defense Ministry.
The visit will last till April 29, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on April 28.
There will be held meetings at Brazil's Defense Ministry under the chairmanship of the head of Azerbaijani Defense Ministry's International Military Cooperation Department, Major General Ramiz Najafov, according to the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
During these meetings, the participants will exchange views on the issues regarding the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Brazil, defining the areas and prospects for cooperation between the two countries in the defense sphere, the ministry said.
