The next plenum of the International Union of Communist parties (IUCP) will be held in April in Moscow, the IUCP member, vice depute of the Azerbaijani Communist party, Rauf Gasimov told Trend.
IUCP plenum is held every quarter of the year, he said. And the next one will be in April. However, the plenum time may change. If this will happen we will be notified 10 days before, Gurbanov said, adding that he keeps the constant contact with the organizer of all IUCP plenums and leader of the Russian communist party, Genadii Zuganov. As for now I wasnt yet informed about the exact date of the plenum, he said.
