On 6 October the Consultative Council for Free Elections will monitor the re-run elections for vacancies at the municipalities,Trend reports citing Novella Jafarova, the chairman of the Society for Defense of Women Rights named after Dilara Aliyeva,.
Jafaroglu said that the Consultative Council includes 47 NGOs. We are a long preparing for monitoring and will lead the process till the end, Jafaroglu. She rebuked some opposition parties, which boycott the re-run municipal elections. They will find difficult to estimate the conduct of elections. Wed like the opposition also to observe over the elections, Jafarova stressed.
In reply to question whether it is possible to accept estimation by the opposition, which neither participates, nor observers over the elections. The human watchdogs said that they base on result of monitoring by law-defense organizations.
