The President of Federal National Cultural Autonomy of Russian Azerbaijanis Azerros, Soyun Sadigov, exclusively informed Trend that the Government of Moscow made amendments and annexes to the relevant resolution of Russian Government. According to the amendments, the resolution will be considered void in the territory of Moscow and Moscow oblasts.
He stressed that Moscow, as a subject of Russia, can not cease the resolution of the Russian Government one-sidedly, but the fact is that on February 10th the Government of Moscow made a decision ceasing the activity of the resolution territory of Moscow and Moscow oblasts. Deputy Chairman of the Consultation Council for National Affairs of Russia, S.Sadigov said that he prepared a report at the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia and presented extensive economic account and economical expediency of the resolution of Russian Government.
According to him, the Deputy Chairman of Russian Government, Alexander Jukov, approvingly approached the report and took it into consideration. According to Sadigov, thereafter the appeal was presented to the Government of Russia, especially to the Minister of Economic Development of Russia, German Gref. We, as Azerros, came out against the artificial raise of hysteria of several Azerbaijani diaspora organizations in Russia. Therefore, we chose the way of convincing the local and federal authorities of Russia of the economical expediency of the resolution on the base of concrete facts and figures. Taking into consideration numerous appeals of the national organizations and unions of Moscow, the Government of Moscow made a relevant decision and factually voided the resolution, Sadigov said. He added that relevant discussions over the decision of Moscow Government will take place in Moscow Duma.
