Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend / On 6 August, President Ilham Aliyev issued a Decree to create a special scholarship fund to ensure the creativeness of writers, artists and composers of both young and old generations.
The Funds is created from the State budget and the Decree and will take effect on the day of promulgation.
