Azerbaijan, Baku, 24 April / Trend corr. R.Ergun / Khagani Mammadov, Chairman of the Committee of Referees (CR) of the Azerbaijani Football Federation Association (AFFA), is not satisfied with Babak Rafati, the German referee who headed the semi-final football match between Inter and Nefchi.
"I did not like the refereeing that was carried out by the FIFA German referee. Our local referees will learn nothing from him," Mammadov stated Trend .
Mammadov was appointed chairman of CR in April by replacing Murad Mammadov.
According to the CR chairman, Rafati demonstrated his refereeing capabilities similar to Mark Simon during his leadership over the game between Nefchi and Inter, within the framework of 17th tournament of Azerbaijani Premier Football League. "Amongst all the German referees appointed in Azerbaijan Knut Kircher has demonstrated total professionalism," Mammadov added.
The latest Premier League tournament will be held on 25 May. The Inter team will play against Olympic, Nefchi - Khazar-Lankaran and Khazar-Lankaran - Olympic during the tournament.
