Azerbaijan will realize a project to identify the routes of extreme tourism, the Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Ministry's tourism department told Trend.
Tourist route along the mountain roads from Guba to Shamakhi regions will be held Sept.3-5 to develop and promote an extreme kind of tourism. The action will be held in the framework of the project "Let's open a new tourist routes in Azerbaijan" under the provisions of Paragraph 2.3.8 of the "State Program Tourism Development in Azerbaijan in 2010-2014 ".
The route will be organized by the Culture and Tourism Ministry and the Baku professional off-road club (club 4x4), with support from the insurance company MBASK, the medical center Inter Diaqnostika, the recreation center "Nazlı Bulaq" and family entertainment center "Daglar Goynunda", as well as sponsorship of cafe "Xəzər fast food" and "Red Bull".
The auto safari will be attended by representatives of tourism companies on domestic tourism, and media representatives.
The event will be started in the Azadlig square with participation of media outlets Sept.3.
