Paying more attention to the successful implementation of various projects under the Corporate Social Responsibility FINCA Azerbaijan Non-Banking Credit Organization has launched next project on greening and environmental protection, the organization's press release says on Thursday.
FINCA Azerbaijan collaborating with the International Center for Eurasian Press has purchased decorative trees from the people who were affected by mines, living in Tartar and engaged in tree planting. The trees were delivered and planted in Barda, where refugees live. The action was dedicated to 4th April International Day for Mine Awareness.
Representatives of FINCA Azerbaijan as well as representatives of local Executive Power, International Eurasia Press Fund and refugees took active part in the tree planting action and during event about 900 pine trees were planted.
Note that a similar tree planting action was held in Zobjuk settlement, which is situated in Fuzuli and where internally displaced persons live.
During almost 15 years of activity FINCA Azerbaijan provided clients with loans in amount of almost 635 USD. With 30 branches and 34 offices across the country provides financial services to more than 135,000 customers. Total credit portfolio of FINCA Azerbaijan is more that 153 million USD. According to these indicators FINCA Azerbaijan is not only the largest microfinance organization but also ranks among the largest banks in the country.
