BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 30. Azerbaijan’s judokas, who achieved remarkable success at the Gymnasiade in Manama, Bahrain, have returned home, Trend reports via Idman.biz.
The welcoming ceremony took place at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, attended by members of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, family members, and media representatives.
In the competition, our judokas claimed a total of 2 gold, 4 silver, and 7 bronze medals. This impressive tally placed Azerbaijan second overall, first among the boys, and ninth among the girls.
