According to the rules of admission to the magistracy of the higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan in 2006-2007 academic year, the persons desiring to gain the second education on masters degree and the foreigners may select only paid education,Trend reports with reference to the state Commission for Student Admission (SCSA).
The citizens of foreign countries, as well as the citizens of Azerbaijan Republic, who have graduated from the higher education abroad, presents the documents to the Commission for Document Reception established under SCSA.
In 2006-2007 academic year, 4360 places have been allocated for the magistracy of Azerbaijani higher educational institutions.
The reception of the documents started from July 7. This year, 38 universities offer masters degree (25 state and 13 private universities).
