Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend Z.Safarov / The Korean sportswomen will join the collected field hockey team of Azerbaijan to participate in the European championship which will take place in Manchester this month.
The chief trainer of the team, Tahir Zaman, said that the sportswomen have already received relevant citizenship and may assist their new team in the upcoming important championship. "I think that the new team members will significantly strengthen the defense line and bring benefits to the team. Although they have newly arrived in Baku, their attitude towards the work fully satisfies me and they are capable to reinforce the team," he stressed.
The winners European championship will compete to receive permits to Peking.
