Azerbaijani Azfinansbank became member of currency section of Baku Inter-Bank Currency Exchange, the exchange said on July 10.
"This decision was made by BBVB share holders," the message said.
Azfinansbank became the 45-th member of BBVB currency sector.
The National Bank (presently Central Bank) of Azerbaijan granted license for banking activity to Azfinansbank OJSC. Share holders of the bank are legal entity and two physical entities. Authorised capital of the bank hits 10 million manat.
Azfinansbank has launched its activity since February. It plans to enter 10 best banks of Azerbaijani by late 2009.
