New hotel to be built in Baku in 2011

"Four Seasons Baku" hotel, which is being built in the style of French architecture of XIX century, will be commissioned in 2011, a statement by the Public Organization "Property Market Participants", published in the journal "Emlak Bazarı" said.
The hotel, which is built by British company ReardonSmith's project, is located in Baku near the Caspian Sea. The customer is the Pasha Group Holding, a statement said.
Interior and design of the hotel has been prepared by Richmond International, the structure design - by Ural Engineering. "MMM" company deals with mechanics and engineering.
There will be about 175 luxury rooms in the hotel. Its total area will hit 42,000 square meters, with an average area of each room - 52 square meters.
