Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov signed a decree to appoint Begench Akmammedov Daikhanbank Board Chairman. Daikhanbank is mainly engaged in the financing of the country's agricultural sector.
Akmammedov replaced Rejepgeldi Sopiev, who was dismissed for serious shortcomings in the work.
Recently, Ashgabat hosted a special meeting, which was attended by the heads of all state and joint stock commercial bank of the country. The meeting focused on the state of the banking sphere and the priorities assigned to the financial, economic and banking structures
