On June 28, 2011 AtaSıgorta OJSC held its regular annual general shareholders' meeting to review fiscal year 2010 financial results.
Results of 2010 were discussed by the Board of Directors, Executive Board and Audit Commission. Participants approved financial reports on the results of 2010, evaluated by the independent auditors, and made decisions on capitalization of net profit.
It should be noted that AtaInsurance" OJSC has been operating since 2004. The company with authorized capital of 4.8 mln AZN was founded by "AtaHolding" OJSC (100%).
