The world major telecommunication company TeliaSonera is interested in investing in the Kyrgyz economy, the Kyrgyz government reported on Tuesday.
The company expresses its interest during the meeting of the President and TeliaSonera director general Lars Nyberg with Kyrgyz Prime Minister Omurbek Babanov on Tuesday.
Nyberg said that TeliaSonera is interested in Kyrgyz telecommunications.
Babanov said that Kyrgyzstan is ready to welcome foreign investors which are ready to enter the country's market.
"Kyrgyzstan is open for investors and the country's governmental guarantees of the prosperity of tender holding," he said.
