Within a month, the Baku Taxi Company will commission another 500 cars of London Taxi TX4, company's head Ilgar Gasimov told Trend on Tuesday.
He said 192 cars of London Taxi TX4 are already in the capital, another 190 vehicles are on the border between Turkey and Georgia, and the rest of the cars in Turkey.
"After new cars pass all necessary procedures and are installed with necessary equipment, they will start working on the streets of Baku," said Gasimov.
Currently the number of London Taxi TX4cars, working in Baku, is 500 units.
A new private company Baku Taxi Company was created to develop program of the Ministry of Transport of Azerbaijan to replace the taxi park in Baku by London Taxi TX4 cars.
