TurkmenCement Production Association is receiving investment proposals.
The tender is for designing and building a turnkey cement plant (capable of producing one million tonnes of clinker per year) in the Baharly District of Turkmenistan's Akhal Region.
All interested enterprises and organizations are invited to send proposals to the TurkmenCement Production Association at the Industrial Complex, 6th floor, room #618, Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
The proposals should be submitted within 10 days starting from this announcement's publication date.
