Iran’s imports from Latin American countries rises significantly

Iran's imports from Brazil in the first three months of the current Iranian calendar year (March 21 - June 20) stood at $205.80 million.

The figure shows an incredible increase compared to previous year's figure of $24.85 million.

Tehran also imported $98.6 million worth of goods from Argentina, which is way more than previous year's figure of $306,504.

Iran totally imported 9.755 million tons of goods worth $12.386 billion in the first quarter of current year.

The country also exported 25.518 million tons of non-oil goods worth some $11.859 billion in the mentioned period.

Germany is also one of the main exporters of goods to Iran. The country exported 219,477 tons of goods worth $237.17 million in the three-month period.

Iran also imported 22,792 tons of goods worth $9.1 million from neighboring Azerbaijan in the mentioned period.
