Prices for commercial facilities in Azerbaijani capital Baku increased by over 8 percent in April 2020 compared to the preceding month, Director of the MBA Group consulting company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
Meanwhile, compared to April 2019, the prices for April 2020 increased by 9.2 percent.
The price for one square meter of commercial property amounted to $1,737 in April 2020.
A slight increase was also observed in the price of land plots. April 2020 saw the average price per 100 square meters of land increase to $12,552, compared to $12,093 in April 2019. On an annualized basis, this indicator increased by 1.1 percent.
Prices for courtyard houses in March 2020 increased by 3.1 percent, or by 2.9 percent year-on-year.
Moreover, a slight increase in prices was also observed for country houses; the prices grew by 1.3 percent for April 2020, compared to April of last year, or 0.9 percent annually.
As for rent prices, in April of 2020 the prices grew 2 percent, compared to March 2020.
