Azerbaijan, Baku, 14 June / Trend / State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) reported that in January to May joint ventures and operating companies working in the on-shore fields in Azerbaijan produced over 48.5mln cu m of gas. May production totalled 8mln cu m.
The largest volume of gas production came from joint venture Anshad Petrol which is developing the contractual site Neftchala, Khila and Babazanan, with a total of 14mln cu m.
