Turkmenistan auctions about 170,000 tons of oil products

Turkmenistan auctioned about 170,000 tons of oil products from the Turkmenbashi refinery, and refineries in the Saydi and Nayip gas-processing complex today at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.

The country put as stock trades about 40,000 tons of liquefied gas, 75,000 tons of diesel fuel, 25,000 tons of gasoline, 27,000 straight-run gasoline, basic oil - 5,000 tons and polypropylene - 7,000 tons.

Last week the auction of the national stock exchanges recorded over 8 transactions.

The companies from Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Great Britain, Canada, Kazakhstan, Denmark, Iraq, Turkey, UAE, Russia and Switzerland and other countries are the main customers.

The Commodity Exchange is a principal organ of state regulation of export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
