Oil and gas reserves of Tethys Petroleum Limited, an oil and gas exploration and production company currently operating in Kazakhstan, reduced in 2015.
The oil and gas reserves consisting of "proved" 1P reserves were 13.18 million barrels of oil equivalent in 2015 as compared to 16.62 million barrels of oil equivalent in 2014, said Tethys Petroleum in a message posted on its website March 31.
The company's "proved plus probable" 2P reserves reduced by 23.97 million barrels of oil equivalent in 2015 against 27.08 million barrels of oil equivalent in 2014.
The reserve report was prepared by Gustavson Associates LLC.
Tethys Petroleum Limited is currently focused on Central Asia and the Caspian region.
