Two solar power plants have been put into operation in the Eshtehard and Kovser industrial parks in Iran’s Alborz province, Executive Director of Industrial Parks Company of Alborz Mohammad Amin Bezzazi Purfarshi said.
He said the capacity of the solar power plant in Eshtehard is 15 kilowatts, while the capacity of the solar power plant in Kovser is 5 kilowatts, Trend reports citing IRNA.
Investments will be attracted to expand industrial parks and create infrastructure, Purfarshi added.
The investments worth more than 55 billion rials (about $1.3 million) were allocated for implementation of the projects, he said.
