Iran reveals volume of hydrocarbons to be on sale at IRENEX for Dec. 25

BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 25. Overall, 58,800 tons of various hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on December 25, Trend reports.

Of the mentioned volume, 22,800 tons will be on sale on the domestic ring of the energy exchange.

The following goods are to be offered:

- Iranian South Pars Gas Company’s 3,800 tons of gas condensate;

- Abadan Oil Refining Company’s 3,000 tons of CO and 1,000 tons of light naphtha products;

- Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company’s 3,000 tons of naphtha;

- Zagros Petrochemical Company’s 2,400 tons of methanol;

- Elixir Halal Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company’s 2,000 tons of Raffinate and 200 tons of normal hexane and 90 tons of pentane products;

- Bushehr Petrochemical Company’s 1,000 tons of methanol and 450 tons of liquid nitrogen products;

- Shiraz Oil Refining Company’s 1,000 tons of iso recycle and 148 tons of solvent-404 products;

- Bolour Kavir Mines & Mining Industries Development Company’s 1,000 tons of coal;

- Fannavaran Petrochemical Company’s 1,000 tons of methanol;

- Zaran Steel Company’s 650 tons of tar;

- Amir Kabir Petrochemical Company’s 500 tons of heavy distillate;

- Marjan Petrochemical Company’s 500 tons of methanol;

- Shimibaft Petrochemical Company’s 500 tons of MTBE;

- Mobarakeh Steel Company’s 300 tons of liquid nitrogen;

- Jam Petrochemical Company’s 100 tons of heavy distillate;

- Tabriz Petrochemical Company’s 100 tons of heavy distillate, 60 tons of pentane and 42 tons of liquid nitrogen products.

Moreover, 36,000 tons of products will be on sale on the export ring of the IRENEX:

- Iranian Persian Gulf Star Oil Company’s 35,000 tons of naphtha;

- Shimibaft Petrochemical Company’s 1,000 tons of MTBE products.

Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) sells its products at the SANA exchange rate.

The SANA system is a currency exchange system implemented by the Central Bank of Iran in which the price of one euro is 472,325 rials and the price of one dollar is 429,400 rials.

The sale of hydrocarbon products at the Iran Energy Exchange is of great importance to the country’s economy. Through the energy exchange, Iran seeks to provide hydrocarbon products needed by local companies as well as increase exports.
