Japanese Jayka banks experts on international cooperation are expected to pay a visit to Baku in January to unify the project on the reconstruction of the 220KV Mushvig substation, the government told Trend. In reply to the official address by the Azerbaijani government in 2005, the Japanese bank agreed to finance the repair work.

The sides will determine a consultant to set the value of the project, count necessary devices and work up tender documents. Jayka will allocate the grant after the determination of the supplier.

Azerenerji JSC conducted inspection of 110KW oil switches and carried out antirust work within the preparations for fall-winter season. At present broken-down switches are replaced by new ones.

The Mushvig substation powers a great part of Baku city.
