The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan completed providing new platform #1887 being constructed to get installed at Neft Dashlari field with power supply, Trendreports referring to SOCAR .
For this purpose, a 2.5km long cable has been laid from Samir Guliyev vessel. The cable was purchased in Finland. Distribution boxes 6/04 kV have been installed at the platform before. The power will be supplied from the gas turbine plant #48 also supplying Neft Dashlari and May 28.
The cable line is sufficient to supply some more platforms. At the moment the preparation to laying the second (standby) cable line is made.
