The Turkish company Botas, an operator of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) main export oil pipeline in Turkey the BTC Layihesi Mudirliyi company, founded in January 2000 for management of the pipeline construction in Turkey, has been removed, Trend reports.
The key reason for removal of this body the completion of the construction of BTC and transition to the stage of exploitation.
Botas International Limited, managed by Botas will be involved in the work over exploitation of the pipeline. At present the turnover of companys achieves and property is underway.
Rashid Javanshir was appointed the head of BTC Co pipeline company on 1 July 2006, who replaced Michel Townshend in this post.
