Transactions worth more than 207.1 million Turkmen manat ($59.2 million) were registered on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan in the national currency in November of 2020, Trend reports with reference to exchange’s data.
In the first week of November, the exchange of Turkmenistan registered transactions in the national currency in the amount of over 12.9 million manat (over $30.4 million).
Transactions worth 106.4 million manat ($13.9 million) were concluded on the exchange of Turkmenistan in the national currency in the second week of November.
In the third week of November, transactions worth 22.1 million Turkmen manat ($6.3 million) were concluded on the country's exchange in the national currency.
As for the last week of November, transactions in the amount of 65.6 million manat ($18.7 million) were registered on the exchange of Turkmenistan in the national currency.
As reported, Transactions worth more than 120 million Turkmen manat ($34.2 million) were registered on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan in the national currency in October of 2020.
The state commodity exchange of Turkmenistan was established on July 29, 1994. It is the most important agency of state regulation of export-import operations.
