The Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan has extended a tender for the following lots:
Lot No. 1 - Turnkey construction of a hybrid solar and wind power plant with a capacity of 10 MW in the Serdar district of Turkmenistan's Balkan region.
Lot No. 2 - Supply of equipment and materials for the construction of a single-circuit 110 kV overhead line from the 220 kV Serdar substation to the design hybrid solar and wind power plant 10 MW.
The potential bidders are invited to submit a written application addressed to the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan about the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, his legal status, country of registration and details; obtain the specification of lots and technical requirements from the Department of Prospective Development, New Technologies and Capital Construction of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan.
An invoice of $1,500 for lot No.1 and $500 for lot No.2 (excluding VAT and bank charges) should be also included.
Bids are accepted until September 20, 2021 until 16.00.
