The adoption of the Declaration "20 years of independence of Kazakhstan" will be a new important document for consolidation of the whole society, the Speaker of Senate Kairat Mami said, opening the meeting to discuss the draft of the document.
"At the opening of the fifth session of the Parliament, President Nursultan Nazarbayev supported our initiative to adopt the Declaration, which will be a new important document for consolidation of our society," said the speaker.
The Declaration is planned to be adopted on Dec. 12 at a joint meeting of parliamentary chambers
