The last group of Kyrgyz pilgrims to Mecca is expected to return home on January 3rd, 2009, the Kyrgyzstan hajj organizers informed the news agency "24.kg".
A group of 160 pilgrims arrived to Bishkek from Jordan Tuesday morning. "Another group of pilgrims of approximately the same size is expected to arrive tomorrow," relatives of the pilgrims informed the news agency "24.kg".
"Everything goes according to the agreed plan. The pilgrims make their way home through the three countries - Jordan, Iran and Turkey. Besides, there are also direct flights from the Saudi Arabia. The coming back was hampered by bad weather conditions in Bishkek and in places of departure. And we believe that complains about the hajj organization stem from lack of information. We are going to hold a news conference to answer the question and sand off the rough edges," the Republican Hajj Headquarters said.
The last group of 42 pilgrims is expected to return to Kyrgyzstan on the date mentioned above.
