The negotiations between Urmat Baryktabasov and Chief of the Bishkek main department of internal affairs Zarylbek Rysaliev ended. The Meken Tuu movement leader got in his car, declining to comment, 24.kg reported.
The negotiators went to the different sides of the improvised barricade of armor of the forces of law and order.
The road 16 km from Bishkek still remains blocked. According to various estimates, from 2 to 5 thousand supporters of Urmat Baryktabasov have gathered here. They are still not allowed to the capital.
