Kyrgyzstan will reinforce control for observance of the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens as Prosecutor General's Office reports.

Top oversight body said they had sent to prosecutor's offices a relevant decree on September 28, 2010 for the purpose of prevention and repression of Kyrgyz legislation violation, property protection from criminal infringement, observance of rights and freedoms of citizens, news agency "24.kg" reported.

Prosecutor General's Office reports that it ordered all prosecutors to exercise their mandates to the full extent for the efficient oversight for the legality of acts made by investigative agencies, protection of rights and interests of participants of criminal procedures and persons whose rights and legitimate interests are violated.

Besides, prosecutors have to provide a proper oversight for legality of initiation of criminal cases and its investigation.

Prosecutors are forbidden to take decisions about termination of criminal case due to groundless motivations. Prosecutor's Office is forbidden to make groundless and illegal inspections of business enterprises.
