BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 6. Chairman of Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov revealed the number of ongoing public-private partnership (PPP) projects, Trend reports citing the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to Japarov, currently a total of 56 PPP projects for over than $1 billion are being implemented in Kyrgyzstan.
"In addition to those being implemented, agreements were signed on 13 new PPP projects worth more than $300 million. Five projects worth at least $50 million are at the tender stage, and 36 PPP projects are at the preparation stage," Japarov said.
He also added that the Program for the development of public-private partnership until 2026 was already adopted in Kyrgyzstan.
