The Turkmengaz State Concern has started to design the 7 km long distributing gas pipeline to the gas and chemical complex under construction in Ovadan-Depe town in Ahal province of Turkmenistan, said the article of the online newspaper of the country’s Oil and Gas Complex.
The enterprise will annually receive about 2 billion cubic meters of natural gas. The construction of the plant has been conducted since 2015 in accordance with the contract worth about $1.7 billion signed by Japan’s Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd and the Turkish Ronesans Holding.
The refinery is designed to annually process 1.785 billion cubic meters of natural gas and produce 600,000 tons of RON-92 gasoline, the article said.
The enterprise is scheduled to be commissioned in late 2018. A part of the products is planned to be exported.
