BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 5. Turkmennebit State Concern plans to hold negotiations with interested foreign companies in order to attract investors to new projects for the development of licensed oil fields on the land of Turkmenistan, Trend reports via “Business Turkmenistan” news agency.
This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Shakhym Abdrakhmanov at a government meeting.
According to him, a special commission consisting of representatives of relevant state institutions will be created to determine the licensed oil fields on the land of Turkmenistan.
A resolution was signed in February this year on investing more than 250 million Turkmen manat ($71.4 million) in the Turkmennebit State Concern.
