Iran opposes meddling of the foreign forces in Syria's ongoing reforms, Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said when talking with his Algerian counterpart Mourad Medelci over phone, IRIB News reported.
During the conversation, Salehi urged the regional countries to assist in solving the Syrian crisis.
He further said Iran is ready to solve Syria's problems without interfering in its affairs.
Syria has been experiencing continuous anti-government protests for almost seven months. According to UN statistics, the number of clash victims exceeded 3,000 people. Syrian authorities say more than 1,500 people died on both sides.
