(zaman) - Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer is set to pay an official visit to Italy Jan. 8-10, according to a statement from the president's office.
Political and economic relations between the two countries and regional developments are expected to be reviewed in the meetings between Presidents Sezer and Giorgio Napolitano.
During the three-day official visit, Sezer will also attend the inauguration of an exhibition on Turkey's history on Wednesday with the hosting president Napolitano, reports Trend.
The exhibition entitled Turkey: 7,000 Years of History will be open to visits at the Italian Presidential Palace from Jan. 10 to March 31.
