Smuggling of any product will be prevented by installing an X-ray scanner at customs in Iran’s Bileh Savar city, Director General of the Economic and Financial Affairs Department of the Ardabil Province Hashem Mozaffari said, IRNA reported.
He said that X-ray scanners are being installed at the customs in Bileh Savar city, and once the process is finished, cars and trucks will be checked thoroughly.
Recently, due to the strong devaluation in Iran, it has become commonplace to smuggle many products, including gasoline and household items, to neighboring countries.
