At least three Palestinians were killed and 20 others injured late Thursday in the latest round of Israeli airstrikes in the northern Gaza Strip, witnesses told Xinhua.
The witnesses said the Israeli airstrike targeted a residential building in Beit Hanoun area in Gaza, killing three people, including a child and wounding 20 others.
It brought the death toll of the Palestinian side to 19. Meanwhile, more than 145 Palestinians were wounded during the ongoing tit-for-tat violence, according to Palestinian Health Ministry.
On the other hand, over 250 rockets were launched toward Israel 's southern communities and three Israelis were killed in the attack.
