According to preliminary information, eight people were killed as a result of two separate explosions in Makhachkala on Monday, Investigation Department for the Republic of Dagestan of the Investigative Committee of the Russian federation told RIA Novosti.
"Presumably, eight people were killed, the number of victims is being specifies," the Department's spokesman said.
